Each individual may hold only one active boss29 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the rollover threshold is fully met.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses, manipulate game outcomes, engage in arbitrage betting, or collude with other players will result in account closure and permanent fund forfeiture.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on boss29 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transfers must be made from and to accounts registered in your own name.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and boss29 (the "Platform"). To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide the following information, and to keep it current and accurate at all times:
One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified through matching name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances or bonus winnings held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boss29 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
boss29 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by our compliance team based on risk assessment criteria. Verification requires the submission of the following documents:
Documents must be submitted via the secure upload tool within your Account dashboard. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, and PDF; maximum file size 5MB per document. Verification timelines: Standard review takes 1–24 hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Peak periods may extend this to 48 hours. Withdrawals are suspended until verification is approved. boss29 accepts no liability for any losses or inconveniences arising from delays in the verification process w here the verification process was initiated by the Member.
All deposits to your boss29 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

boss29 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which boss29 accepts no responsibility. Deposits made outside of Indonesian banking hours may experience brief processing delays. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your boss29 Account. boss29 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
boss29 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting supplementary KYC documentation, where our risk systems flag the transaction for review. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended during scheduled platform maintenance windows, of which members will be notified in advance.
boss29 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
Bonus abuse: Any behaviour that boss29 determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional conditions — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules governing individual sports, casino games, togel (traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), and bandar bola (Asian-style football agent betting) markets are published within each respective game or event section of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the boss29 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, graphical user interface, software, source code, game content, text, images, video streams, and data — is the exclusive property of boss29 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:
boss29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised provision, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boss29 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Members based in Indonesia acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform under their own volition and that boss29 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in Indonesia. Compliance with local laws remains solely the Member's responsibility.
